This policy covers Color Upgrade Cabinetry and Furniture LLC(“we”, “us”) and this website. It is kept short and specific to what the site actually does.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service selection and project details you enter. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information, and we do not ask for payment details here.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled (see below), those services also set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you hire us to do. We may contact you by phone, text or email about that enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the providers below who help us operate.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are transmitted to our own quoting system, operated for us by ElevateBizPay, which stores the enquiry so we can respond. This website is hosted by Vercel. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, Google and/or Meta receive the usage data those tags collect, under their own privacy policies. That is the complete list — we do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.
Analytics and advertising
This site can load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and a Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These are only active when an ID has been configured for them; when none is configured, no tag loads and no data is sent. When active, they use cookies or similar technologies to measure how the site is used and how effectively our advertising works, including recording that a visitor submitted the form. That measurement is not tied to the contents of your enquiry.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and control Meta’s ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the details below, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — reply STOP to a text, or tell us by phone or email. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not claim it is.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
